متن کاملOccurrence of aflatoxins in oilseeds providing cocoa-butter substitutes.
Four oilseeds providing cocoa-butter substitutes--shea, pentadecima, illipe, and salseed--when tested as substrates for aflatoxin production by two strains of Aspergillus parasiticus, gave varying levels of aflatoxin.
